Waratah Masters CC is able to run races every week of the year (weather permitting) thanks to the efforts of members volunteering their time to help organise these events. Some give more time than others, and we owe a big thank-you to members who act as Commissaries and Duty Officers for the time they put in.  Thanks also to the van drivers who get the gear to the race every week.

The rest of us are called upon to help out about once a year as a Duty Helper. You’ll get an email from Denis a few weeks before your appointed time or you can check on the website if and when you are rostered on.  Please turn up if you are called upon and if you can’t make it, arrange a swap with someone else. If we don’t have helpers then everything falls on the same generous people every week.

If you are interested in being a Duty Officer or Van Driver please talk to one of the committee or someone who’s doing the job already – more hands make light work.
